1. What are the delivery times?

Our delivery times are between 5 and 7 working days.

2. How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel. Return shipping is free.

3. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can follow your delivery in real time.

4. Do you deliver internationally?

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

5. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days, after we receive and inspect the returned product.

6. Are the colours and finishes true to the photos?

We do our best to ensure the visuals on our website accurately reflect the real colours and finishes of our products. However, your screen's display settings may cause slight variations in shade.

7. Where can I find the dimensions of a wall clock on the site?

Regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth is enough to keep your clock looking its best. Avoid abrasive cleaning products or excess moisture, particularly on wooden models.

10. What type of battery does it use, and how do I change it?

Most of our clocks run on a standard AA battery (not included). The mechanism is located on the back of the clock, easily accessible by removing the small cover provided.
